We offer three flexible pricing models:
Direct Hire – Pay a one-time matchmaking fee and hire talent directly.
Role Subscription – Subscribe to a role, and we handle employment, payroll, and compliance for you.
Fractional Recruiter – Get a dedicated recruiter, unlimited role searches, and waived setup fees for a flat monthly rate.
Nope. All pricing is fully transparent—you can see exactly what the talent makes and what you pay. Our subscription prices are all-inclusive, covering compliance, payroll, and admin costs.
For both Direct Hire and Role Subscription, the matchmaking fee is equal to two months of the talent’s salary, and is due before the talent starts. This covers the cost of talent sourcing, vetting, and onboarding.
For role subscriptions, we will replace the talent as many times as needed within the first 90 days. After 90 days, if you terminate the talent, we will replace them, but a new setup fee applies. Additionally, you may owe an additional month of severance unless you provide a 30-day cancellation notice.
We offer no placement guarantee for direct hire roles.
