We always pay 10% over the market wage for that role in the talent’s local area and offer a competitive benefits package. This gives us the competitive edge we need in the hiring process to ensure we only source top-tier talent.
Why wouldn't I just hire the talent myself?
We are pleased to offer a tailored talent acquisition process based on years of learnings. Our extensive network of in-country talent managers ensure we are sourcing the best candidates for your role at a fair market rate. In addition, we take care of tax and compliance in both countries, ensuring your financials don’t become a headache.
What if I want to hire the talent directly?
While we require a 12 month period through Planetary Talent, we are always happy to help you onboard the talent to your team after the quality assurance period. We offer a talent transition package, which covers legal consulting on compliance regulation and the facilitation of talent transfer. We will walk you through each step of the process and ensure a smooth transition for both you and the talent.
How do you ensure they are not downloading my data?
If you purchase the additional remote desktop package, we will monitor your employee’s work using our best-in-class work monitoring AI agent. This custom AI agent monitors the work being done on the U.S. based machine and watches the employee’s webcam to ensure there are no secondary recording devices. Recordings are stored for 60 days and viewable by you as the client at any time. Additionally, all incident reports are reviewed manually by our security team.
What are your payment terms?
All of our talents are a subscription service billed at the beginning of the month. You can cancel a talent's contract cancel anytime with a 2 week notice, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
